Esophagus problems

NS doc... i need your help.

i googled and webmd and searched, i found one thread but i don't think that's my issue.

whenever i swallow it feels like there is trapped air or a big lump inbetween my throat and chest (esophagus region) and it is really painful. i really don't know how to describe it but it's scary and i can't eat anything because it hurts too much.

it's not a sore throat... i already have an app with my doctor to figure shit out. i have a stomach ulcer that i've been dealing with for the past 4 months so it may be in relation to that.

have any of you had this feeling before? should i be freaking out? cause i am.

Maybe just bad heartburn,

:/ bad vibes coming from this post...

my motto is try not to worry unless you're given legitimate reason to, but it definitely sounds like something you should get checked out by a licensed medical professional.

this one might be a little over the head of Dr. NS.

i agree. i know i won't get answers here, but maybe a discussion or people with similar symptoms who can offer SOME sort of explanation. hmph.... daww everything should be okay, hopefully!

acid reflux =( i have it. my dad has it horribly. I have had the same pain as you i know what you're talking about my doc said it was acid indigestion/ acid reflux got on prilosec and now i'm golden

I second the acid reflux.

This is a complaint that I hear every once in a blue moon from an elderly person having a heart attack, but its basically impossible for you to be having an MI. Also, I seriously doubt its a tumor.
