hey all,

so today was finally a blue bird day, got my glidecam all balanced, did some test shots, and charged the battery. went out to film my buddies in the park for a bit in galena, il. when i got there, i turned on my camera and got this message ERR 20

Haven't had any problems before, didn't do anything with my camera that was out of the ordinary

I was wondering if you guys knew what this was, and more importantly how to deal with it.

I have an extended 3 year warranty that i bought through B&H, and i will be calling them and or canon tomorrow morning.

Thanks

camera wont turn on at all, memory card is clean

i have googled and have gotten anything from it happened a few times and went away, to the shutter life was bad, to the mirror mechanism broke and took 2 months for a repair

called sagemax, they are sending me postage in the next two days, and said i would get my camera back in no longer than 10 days. hopeful

as i said above, people on forums that i looked into have gotten it for a few different reasons, mainly the end of the shutter life or a mechanical problem with the mirror. so i hope i can ship it out quick and get it back quick
