Epic pass reservation system

Just curious about how people feel with this reservation system for the epic pass this year? Making it way harder for us? I'm on the east coast and really only use it for a few Mountains (Mt. Snow / Crotched / Wildcat / Attitash) I'm hoping the "reservation days" really only apply to busier places like Mt Snow.. hoping to be able to pull up to Crotched most days that I intend to ski..

I live close to a recently acquired vail mountain, and from what I have heard and interpreted most days have availability still. I don't know exactly how long that availability will last and I really hope they change the reservation system for some night skiing reservations. At Stevens people like to crowd on powder days and take off at noon leaving the rest of the mountain pretty untouched and I'm worried I wont be able to ski nights those days even though no one will be there. Their night reservations are under a day you reserve so if it gets booked out for the day how will they have any night skiers?

I’m just curious about what % of normal capacity the reso’s represent.

like if they allow 150% more reso than a normal peak period weekend pow day, who cares

if it is 25%, that’s a different story

Im an old working stiff now though, so overall the system doesn’t bother me too much. I don’t have the same flexibility to decide to go skiing the night before anymore. If the resos mean shorter lines, tbh might be worth it.
