Epic does it again

Epic claims they struggled with how best to compensate pass holders for last season’s loss.They couldn’t issue refunds so they came up with a credit for this year’s purchase.Now comes the good part when I tried to use my credit it was denied because the pass I needed this year was cheaper than last by a hundred bucks.I was told if I bought the pass for 300 more I could get my 120 credit....genius.I thought it was supposed to be compensation for last years loss not this years purchase.Epic is full of crap

Well damn, that sucks. Only reason why I haven’t bought my pass yet is the uncertainty of the season.

The best part is if you think you have a case for getting your credit you can fill out a form and they say they will get back to you in 6 to 8 weeks. I mean what are they doing that takes that long.
