Entry level HD

Hey so im looking into getting a prosumer level HD video cam, iv been looking into the canon HV20 and the JVC everio. Im wondering if any of you have any experience with these cams or opinions on them? I want to hear it all.

neither of those cameras are prosumer. I've heard good things about the hv20 though while i've never really heard anything good about JVCs

yea. i've heard good about the hv20. and like the other kids said. Prosumer HD is mad chedda. like 2700 and up.

I've read plenty of positive reviews about jvc cameras. WHy do you want an HDV cam?
