English help: poetic devices

I have an english project (song analysis) due tomorrow that I cant finish because I dont know what poetic device is used in one of the lines of this song. iv tried figuring it out but its not being nice to me.

the song is bon iver- skinny love. and the line is "suckle on the hope in lite brassiere"

^ I donno.. I dont really think its imagery, it doesn't really seem like its talking about that actually happening, just using the idea as a.... well I donno because I dont know what poetic device it is!! im thinking symbolizm at the momemnt tho...
 
I've spent two shitty fuckin' months on Poetry in AP English. If that isn't imagery then you can kick me right square in tha balls.
