Endurance Help

So i have to run 2 miles in under 13 minutes in 2 days and am totally unprepared. What do i do in the next 48 hours to prepare best.
 
get loose and limber and just go out for nice jogs like 2 miles easy pace. and stay healthy and hydrated.
 
haha, you're fucked. That's a 6 and a half minute mile..which is pretty difficult if you have done NO training at all. Just remember to keep running, you'll gain your second wind eventually.
