i know that the piano and violen have been around for hundreds of years but im just saying i like to listen to them as an acoustic emo song

piano and violin sound sick with a metal band. nightwish, such a sick band. children of bodom, in flames. all those sick bands have keyboards, and a violin just makes it that much better. don't be such a fucking tool. let all this emo talk die.

yeah i guess ill post the only non-emo slamming response on this thread beacause i dont feel that saying "i hate emo" like the 5 people above me did will serve any purpose at all besides showing that i probably drive a pick up truck and find going to bonfires, getting trashed, and shooting the fire with an airsoft gun to be funnest thing ever.

i think piano. violin solos are...ehhh.. and should be left for those that like yellowcard or somthing. Keane knows how to do the piano thing. and emo or indie music can still sound good with just regular steel string acoustic guitars in a solo.

piano. definitely. but violin does sound really good. i play violin, but i honestly think that piano sounds better. listen to something corporate and such.

emo is generalized as the mainstream stuff too much and the word "emo" is stretched too far over a broad range of music. stupid ignorant people should stop doing it.

as long as we understand what she/he's talking about, then it fits. emo, indie, whatever. you dont need to comment about the overusage. its about which instrument is better in the solos in these songs.

and something corporate is sick. konstantine is sweet and like 9 minutes long. ruthless is overplayed, but still it makes you want to learn piano.
