Embeding video's

Ok, I spent all of two days trying to embed my youtube video in HQ. I finnaly got the best I could by tweaking the HTML but I was wondering if any one had a better idea. I so message me. In about a week, ill post my method on tweaking the HTML's so you can post HQ and HD video's from websites like youtube where the url doesn't change when you switch to HD

just post on youtube and put a gnarly link (links will only be good if the video is good dont post crap) and what happend to the video(this is how bad newschoolers is) that video was the funniest!
