Eldora's park?

they had 2 this season, one was tiny and the other was on a shaded, steep trail near the base so conditions were always shitty. the bigger of the two had a crappy jump like of 2 20' foot kickers.

^

skied dora every weekend this season basically except for maybe 5 -8 days at key/breck

i believe they only had 1 park, the other was a fuckload of rollers which could be fun, but this year their "park" was actually better than the past years ive been there.

2 20-25'

10' flat box

10' corregated tube

-down-flat rail

tree log

flat rail

barrel + hip combo

meh

there were two, the main one and there was a baby one on the other side of the race/t-bar run right next to it. a few boxes, a rail, a bonk, etc. were over there. sooooo small you probably didn't see it.

Not really, if you coming to CO for park, i suggest you just go to Breck or Keystone. Eldora is good if you live in Boulder and can get a cheap CU pass as well as a pass to another mountain. You can ride a bus to Eldora from downtown Boulder and just go up for a couple hours.

here's 99% of the reason i ski eldo: free eco-pass from work + $139 student pass. i had a great first season (ever) skiing there, i had a handful of amazing days, a few really shitty days and like 10 'good' ones.

Of course Eldora's park does not compare w/ the Summit county parks in terms of number of features, feature size, or quality of features, but that being said I took a couple runs through the eldo park the one day I skied there this year and I was pleasantly surprised: the jumps were smooth and well built, albeit not enormous, and the rails were well setup.

yeah the one day I went there this season it looked like a lot of fun actually, I mean you have every single feature pretty much to yourself all day long.

if you go to CU there's a bus that runs every day of the ski season from boulder transit center right to the lodge. in peak season they do a few extra 'special' runs to support all the people going up. it's five bucks each way. takes 45-60 minutes depending on the weather.
no parking hassles, no traffic. easy money.
