the reason im asking is theyre is a real nice handrail ive been looking at, but if i fall to the inside i land on concrete, so i wanna practice somewhere.
id go really slow. it the whole thing is flat than you have a problem, but if its a flat elbow down get enough speed to finish the flat part then step on to the down. ive never done an elbow rail before but if i were to do one thats what i would do
