Elastic pull in for urban rails

I keep seeing these great pull in devices for riding urban. Does anybody know what materials are used for the elastic one? Or If somebody sells them?What about the motorized ones? I can't seem to find any info on these.

my friend has one and they are awesome! first few times its really sketch, but when you get used to it its all good.

I'm trying to make one on my own and not pay $200+. For those of you that have one, how many strands of bungee are in it? How thick is each strand?
If I can figure that out, I can connect them to an old wakeboard handle and make things happen for the cheap.
