El Rey vs. AR7

I'm looking for a new pair of skis, i'd say i use 60% of the time in the park, and 40% on the rest of the mountain(pow, slopes). Which one of the El Rey & AR7 do you think would be the best for me?

(The reason for this specific comparison, is that i've been offered one of these two skis)

Not sure if you're gonna buy last years or not. Armada switched up their line this season and doesn't offer the Ar7 anymore. They went to a all AR series. So the closest ski to the Ar7 is gonna be the ARV86 and one step above will be the 96. I would go for the 96. Those are super fun on the hill outside of the park and can still handle everything you're gonna throw at it in the park.

el rey is their low price point ski, ar7 is one of their nice skis. I'd go with the ar7

yeah it wont be a huge difference but the ar7 is definitely nicer and super well reviewed for years and years, go with that

It depends on your weight, skiing ability, and if you have a tendency to break skis. The El Rey is an intro to park ski, but I have a friend that was hitting huge jumps and sending gnarly stuff. It took him like 2 years to bust an edge. I'd personally go with the AR7 but its up to you.
