Editing software Help

What is a decent editing program for motion and still. Im willing to spend 50 to 100 on the program.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks
 
Best by far is the adobe programs. Adobe Premere cs6, after effects for video and photoshop for stills. Just look up how to get them for free on youtube.
