Edit Feature???

I think NS needs to have an edit feature. where you can go back to previous posts you have made and edit them, I think it would be helpful mostly in sales, such as if you make a mistake you can just go back and change it, or if you want to lower prices you can just go in and edit your sale.

I know other forums have this feature so I know its possible, its just a thought NS.
 
well if you read what you quoted, its been mentioned a thousand times. And quite frankly its just a bad idea. please dont make us have to explain but trust me. its a bad idea.
 
it would ruin ns. people could go back and change what they said, thus making quoting pointless if the o.p. changes what they say. we would also loose lots of funny posts to people who dont want to dumb. it would just mess everything up.

i think we should be able to edit the OP only. its really handy on tgr when im going through a sale and i see an item i want but the seller has already edited the post to say SOLD
 
Kids on here care too much about their e-reps, they would constantly be editing their posts.
Other boards that I am on have and edit feature, and it is greatly utilizied, but the age demographics are much older.
 
I agree with what you guys are saying, a lot of NS history is because of the poorly thought out posts. But maybe as a localized feature in the BST forum. That's where I think it would actually be beneficial.
 
i say an edit function for only the thread topic and nothing alse....

there would be no more people messing up embeds and doing shit wrong and it would just make thinigs better...

i ccant even couns how many times ive made a thread and wanted to go back and chang somethine
