edges+rails....warranty?

Hey does anyone know if companies like salomon or k2 cover broken edges because of rails in their warranties?

 
probably not

i predict in year 2010 there will be no snowboarders and all freeskiers , why because skiing kicks ass!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
 
after hundreds of railslides my edges eventually fell off and then the base separated from the sidewall of my skis and then water got into the core and then I landed on my tails and my ski broke in half. Dynastar said that my skis didnt break from a defect but they broke from rails. THey gave me a pair of old demo skis to use though so it was good.

same thing happend to me 1080m. but mine were lines, and they are sending me brand new skis. except i sent mine in before they broke in half

jsut contact the store from where u got them and the company, some will help u out some wont, rails is hard to say 'umm, i was just skiing and ummm the rails wore down under my boot'
