Edge cracks

I bought some brand new k2 domains and I've skied on them for 6 days now. I checked out the edges the other day and I've got 4 small cracks already. Just wondering if its normal to get em that fast
 
Ya I have domains and I got 2 cracks in the first couple of days, but after u get those initial cracks there wont be much more fir a long time
 
yeah if you ride rails hard your edges will crack no matter what, i mean sure some ski companies use a little thicker edges, but in the end if you smacking you skis against steel rails, they will crack. But, they should hold for a while before ripping out, unless your hitting urban
 
this. they crack but it will take longer before it becomes a problem. i normally just take a thin file and round out the edge where it is cracked
