I never had an edge crack or I've never noticed one. but today i looked at my skis and I saw this. Is my edge just ripping out will warranty even cover this. I'ts probably rail damage but it's like my 5th day riding on them and my bases has like a bump on it right under where it's separting

sorry for bad picture it was taken from a cell phone.

No. STL's. I've heard 4frnt isn't to genourous with warranties should I even send them pics or is this just all rail damage?

Ya thats what I was thinking. It's about 4 inches where it's like seperating. I emailed 4frnt hopefully they get back to me.

Mine are doiing it to, but I hit rails kinda frequently. My fujis have it all over. I just slipped a bunch of epoxy in there every few times I went. pretty sure its just rail damage. after 5 times is pretty soon, but maybe if you take a pic from further away we could make a better decision? Either way, talking to 4frnt would be your best bet. Let me know how it goes.

cracked edge that started to delam best way to repair would be either get both end of the edge screwed to the ski (on the key part of the edge with those mini scre3ws for ski repairs, then epoxy that bubled base and clamp it down. for better results, cutting the base in that area and putting a new piece and epoxying it would quite possibly be more efficient in the long run but will make you skis look kinda weird.

Doing just the epoxy and clamp should work for a while but will quite possibly start delaming again after a few rail hits.

4frnt just told me to go threw a store i bought them from. I have a pair of beaters I could use for the rest of the season. but is it even worth it to send them in. Will they just say its rail damage or is it a defect? I'll try to take a better picture in a minute

Ok I'm about to head out to send these in. If anyone can tell me if they won't warrenty this because I don't want to have to pay shipping and all that just to be send back to me.

that exact same thing happened to my liberties, but a bit worse ... but not after 5 days, only solution that I could think of was to turn them into urbans and get a new pair of planks

after 5 days on them, 4frnt should definetly help you out on this one. the condition only gets worse from here.
