Man, i ordered from them back in november and still haven't gotten my hat. Its partialy my fault because i gave them an address that usps couldn't deliver to but i got back in touch with them and they said they would ship it to a new address. Since then i've probably sent order@echeadwear and matty b 10 emails about ether shipping my had or giving me a refund and they haven't done anything yet. I know that its a small core company but come on. EC really needs to work on their customer service if they want people to start taking them seriously.
I'm not trying to talk shit... i still think ec is dope, I'm just frustrated i payed money for a product i never received
