Ebay Question

Hey guys quick question.
I am selling an item on ebay and it turns out the buyer lives in my hometown. Instead of paying through paypal we want to make a cash transaction when we meet to sell the item. I have it listed as paypal only so i am wondering if there is anyway that I can cancel his required payment for the item through ebay or paypal because he is giving me cash instead?

you can cancel the item if its buy it now or doesnt have a bid on it yet
