so i just accidently purchased some snow pants on ebay, havent paid for them yet, but it says i bought the item, got the email and all. i know if i dont pay i can get in trouble. so my question is, is there a way i dont have to actually buy these pants, like dont pay for them cuz i dont want them.

i know some of you guys will ask how i accidently bought them but thats not the point of this thread so dont bother asking please.

help me out please. thanks.
 
just ask the seller to do a second chance offer to the next highest bidder, given there was another bid. if that doesnt work, just pay and then ask for a return, again, given returns are accepted.
 
it was a buy it now type sell. and the return policy says "this seller will not accept returns for this item"

does this mean i have to buy the pants?
