Ya this sucks, but this is what happened. I sat at my computer watching a paintball gun for like 15 min. It was a ridiculous deal so i jumped on it and got an autococker and a revy hopper for 117 bucks. So im all pumped and stuff, and tell all my paintball buddies all my new stuff now i get an email today saying, 'Sorry for the incovienince but i already sold the gun and the hopper'. What can i do about this? Anything? Im pissed

report it to ebay and give negative feedback is about all you can do. Report it to ebay as a fraudulent sale, the bid is supposed to be a binding contract, so if you won the bid, and the auction went the full time, the seller was falsly selling goods they did not have.

i think he's just saying that cause i got a good deal.......he should of put a higher starting bid, not my fault

what his account and see if he puts the same thing up again after he told you he no longer had it, and like I said, make sure eBay is aware.

no true, but you cant judge my english like you judge someone elses that live in for an example the US.. but still you can point out that, but not when i ask something that have something to do about flowers.-Dallan
 
contact ebay through the help section i think. Be sure to leave neg. feedback forsure...dont let other people make the mistake of buying from him
