EBay for people who aren't 18?

So I am 16 and I want to start buying stuff on eBay. I created an eBay account yesterday, when it asked if I was 18 I just clicked yes. I have a Prepaid Mastercard, so I go to sign up for a paypal account and find out you have to be 18 for that too. So I don't think I should lie to paypal and say I am 18 cause that is where I am putting my MasterCard number and I don't want to get seriously fucked over if anything happens and I am not 18. So my question, Has anyone been in my situation? What did you do? Did you just lie and say you were 18 or what? Is there anything else I can do that will allow me to buy off of eBay?I guess eBay said I had to be 18 for a reason....
 
I have had a paypal/ebay account since I was like 15.

Maybe they changed some stuff though.
 
I must have lied, i have ebayed for at least a year with my own accounts. my own paypal, with my own visa. I am 1.

But before i made my own i did use my dad's for a little while. you could just make it in your dad's name or something.
 
i lied and said i was 18 when i made my account when i was really 17. shit works fine and transfers to and from my bank account just fine.

no problems.
