Ebay Boot Dilemma - Foil v. SPK Kreation

I bought the brand new 07/08 Salomon Foils on ebay for $175 shipped to me. HOwever, what I received is the 07/08 SPK Kreation instead. I like the fit on the Foils since I got to try them on before hand. But, when I tried the Kreations, they actually feel more comfy. Should I go to the hassle and talk to the seller and complain? Or should I just keep the Kreations?

Arent the Foils a higher quality boot?
 
well, i don't know which one is more expensive, but i do know that the kreation is definitely more park oriented. so if that's what you're looking for, just keep them... but if not, i would try to swap them out.
 
foils are more expensive but if the kreations fit you better i would just tell the guy and ask if you can keep them? or something like that
 
I think I will get the foils. The Kreations feel really cheap for some reason. Its comfy but the liner doesnt feel as solid as the ones on the foils.

What I do like with the SPK is the two buckle system though.
