Easiest way to build a setup with powdery snow?

im trying to build a sick setup in my yard (as many of you probably are with the 2+ feet of snow) but the snow is so powdery it wont pack. any help at all would be appreciated.

I just bring a big jug of water with me. I think some people use salt as well.

Get it wet with a water bottle. I built mine last night when it was still really wet, and it froze overnight. pack it as hard as possible.

Blow torch/flame thrower I'm not kidding. That's the best way. Or just use water but u need a lot.
