Easiest skis to ride on?

Isn't it mostly preference? I'm used to pretty narrow park skis so whenever I try using some 100 underfoots, they just seem kind of clanky.

It's more of whatever fits your riding style and body type.

I havent actually ridden a huge array of different skis but i definitely found rockered skis to be more versatile in my opinion solely based on the fact that i have only ridden ON3P filthies and Volkl walls.

Ever since I quit Junior skis when I was 13, I haven't actually ever ridden a non-rockered ski before.

carving skis

No way...the amount of G builds up on those super railroad carves especially longer ones. Need some solid strength and balance to wrangle a nice pair
