Easiest grab with 360?

most people will say safety but i would just go with whatever comes the easiest. For my first 360 grab i just reached down and grabed for some ski without anything really planned.

Most of my friends find safetys easiest, I personally find it really hard to go safety in any spin. I find mute easiest, followed by tail or japan

critical is the easiest grab by far for sure , you cant miss it , and does'nt compromise your rotation. but do waht ever feels right for you , skiing is all about feeling

idk why but mute comes easiest for me. as im spinning i just look that way and grab it. then after i grab it, i kinda pull on it to cross it as my top body is pulling over to spot and finish the spin. then when i spot, the rest of my body comes around. don't know how much sense that made, but that is the easiest grab for me.

what he is trying to say , is that a mute grab can help you control your spin and control your angle in the air.

i loled a bit but that makes perfect sence. who cares what grab it is for your first 360 grab just grab on to some ski haha. as long as it feels right

i agree with critical. you grab it and just hold on and you can spot your landing the whole time pretty much. just set your spin right into the grab. that's what i do at least

i agree, it was the only grab i could do with a spin that felt comfortable for a long time... kind of sets yourself up to be looking in the right spot on the spin also.

haha i spin to the left and i find the easiest grab is tail with my left hand. i bend my knees and shifty my legs a little bit and its right there.

knees to chest not heels to bum. Know where the grab is going to be and reach there. not where its coming from so your not chasing it down the whole time.

Go from safety, then try double japan/inside mute grab, which will help you learn to grab across your body, then you'll go from there into tip/tail grabs, etc etc.

for me it was a tailgrab 360. i absolutely could not do mutes at all. then this year i go for them get mutes easy and cant get tail at allll

haha yeah i can do tails mad easy but when i go for mutes in 180's and stuff it feels like i can only grab right above my boot and it feels akward. Any advice on doing nice mute 3's?

set the trick with you shoulder and non-grabbing hand, leaving your grabbing hand relaxed and not involved in the spin this way it can do its own thing and grab all nice like... ya dig

my first was safety, spinning left grab with right hand. but then i started missing the grab and i grabbed left safety, and then leading blunt, which is all i do now because it looks so sick

i tried a mute for my second grab (safety first) and it was going against my spin (most comfortable) and i got grab but not really any cross and ended up landing really backseat to the point where i fall tips?

Instead of reaching for the ski, bring the ski to you, this will keep you from throwing off your rotation

yeah i just realized that i reached down a ton when i tried it im gunna try again but bring feet to hands
