early openings?

On weather.com on the snow coverage map it shows 4 inches in the dlulth/superior and some in the UP and stuff and tempatures are cold, getting colder too. So is brule or marquette or anywhere else in the UP going to start making snow in the next weeks and open early? Didnt brule open up Nov. 1 a couple years ag ofor a free day?

Yeah ski brules record opening date was like oct 31 a few years back. right now they have a 10 inch base and it is snowing there right now. they got 14 inches in the last 24 hours and they are making snow. ski brule is planning on opening november 8th and if it stays cold it will open even sooner.

 
Yea, I can't wait to go. I don't think I'll be going to Brule the 1st day it opens because I've heard it's a zoo with it being free and all. I should be there the day after though, I figure that will give some time for someone to build some little kickers too. If anyone else is planning on going, we should all meet up. It would be cool to see some other people from the WI area up there. I sorta got a backflip down last year and I can't wait to try some new shit this year. I have such a good feeling about this season!

Brule is opening this weekend!!!! Friday to be exact. I'll be there saturday. Anyone else going???
