Hey guys, anyone ever rode a pair of these in the past?

I got a pair as a birthday present and I can't wait to try them out after new years.

I'm 6'2 and skis are 181, standard recommended Griffon 13 mounted on them.

I'm a consider myself advanced apline skier, my first experience on freestyle ski is from 2 years ago on some old Fisher Guru park skies that I got from my friend for like 100$ they were pretty beat up, but I used them for 2 seasons (around 25 days on them, pictures of both skies are on my profile) and really liked the change from carving ski.

I learned to get down the slope in switch, slowly for now but I'm getting there just need a little bit more practice, and also kick off up to 5ft-ish safety grabs wherever I see it possible on the mountain and I usually land it switch also .

I also love to ski back country when we get good snow and drop off some small cliffs.

I want to learn how to butter , are these any good for that? They seem bendy...

Any other cool trick that you would recommend to try with these babies?

thanks for bothering to read another noobish post and possibly share an advice

I had the 2013 and 2014 distorter but not the slicer. One of my all time favorite skis. Learned how to backflip on that ski.

They softened up A LOT. After a year of riding they had a completely different flex. They held up pretty well though. Survived a year of skiing+a year of water ramps/urban/summer setups

I had a pair of slicers that were awesome. Spent most of my time on distorters and both were very durable

I used to have sixth sense superpipes, which were the same ski as the troublemakers. They were awesome, but a little on the heavy side. Right now i got volkl kinks and i dont know why it took me so long to realize “german engineering is in the house” is a stand alone statement that well describes how superior volkl skis are compared to the rest of the competition. Volkls are thr best skiis ive ever tried.

I used to have a pair, they soften real quick if you have a tendency to land back seat.

When I had mine they lasted about 65-70 days of use, in one season.

At this point, I was a pretty intermediate skier, and skiing 50/50 park and all mountain.

I had fun on them, they sound good for what you will be using them for.
