There's a bit of a catch 22.
When you get these decals for free from the companies, they would be considered "oakley" or "skullcandy" merchandise, therefore to some extent it does have retail value.
I don't think there's a release stating that you won't re-sell them. They just assume you won't and it's not worth their time. ie. you received for free and turn around to make money..Fair enough, it's how it goes. It's understandable that for your time and efforts of tracking down the shwag, that someone else is willing to pay you for it.
So how is making them yourself and selling them any different ? Well you are making a buck off of their name with no personal affiliation, and that's when they will have the problem with it.
I make die-cuts and try to stay away from doing reproduction of decals that are company logos, exactly for this reason. Sure I could make a good chunk of coin if I made 100 of everything that's listed above, but you can bet that word of mouth would get me into some trouble pretty quick with said companies.
Alas, if you think you are going to do it, keep it between your friends and you, not all over newschoolers, where kids are going to start wondering if their new Oakley die-cut is "legit" or a knock-off.
just me 2 cents.
