Durability on vishnus?

They were ok, super fun to ski but not the most durable. I got like 18 edge cracks within my first month.

i brought my 189 vishnu wets to church to be blessed but my pastor said they weren’t kosher. i told him he wasn’t core and he yelled at me to get out. the security guard confiscated my 189 vishnu wets at the door and told me i could pick them up at the end of the service. i came back 30 minutes later and my vishnu 189 wets were gone. if anyone sees a pastor ripping vishnu 189 wets at your local please let me know asap.

Both my wets and keys are fully detuned tip to tail. Zero edge cracks. And I do disasters any chance I get.

Same, fully detuned keys probably slid 1000 rails at bush last year and not one edge crack

very durable, just be smart and detune and don't leave ur wet skis in your car

Gotta take care of your skis, don't leave your wets wet like he says.

No edge cracks on any of mine.

been on em for 2 months lost a tail protector that’s all, they good

detuned fully btw

I’ve also heard that they’re incredibly durable if you leave them inside and never mount them.

These are my wides which I have skied about 5 days a week since early January. To anyone saying that I should switch my skis my other one is just as bad. I really wanted to love them and like I said they ski amazing. Also very good customer support.

Probably wouldn’t buy them again unless they moved to a better factory, which I 100% would pay more money for.

Vishnu customer service is crazy good. I also think vishnu bases are oddly really strong. I have wets/wides/keys. My keys had edge separation on the tips which is kinda obviously from a factory qc issue.

Sent pic to emmett, he asked what length, told him 180, he said "I have some" come grab em. It was legit a conversation that lasted from the drive from Alta to snowbird to grab a friend. Like your dealing with a dude; not a corporation who has a lawyer write a warranty policy, and then pre-trains employees how to keep the company's money safe.

All skis break, not all skis are made perfect. My prodigys are questionable construction with tip edge separation, my jeff 108s had the crazy scariest factory tune on em, armada sidewalls are blowing out, and lines delam in pre-order.
