Durability of twin tips?

I'm looking to get a pair of twintips, but I have a question about their durability.

I mainly ski in Southern Quebec and Southern Ontario (I'm from Ottawa) where we don't get a lot of snow and conditions can be pretty hard.

I'm wondering how a pair of twintips would stand up to repeated use in parks without a lot of powder. I had a pair of Olin's de-lam a couple years ago after about 1 year of use (which included a lot of time in the park). I bought some cheap Elan's to replace 'em and so far so good with those. But I really want to get some twintips, but don't want to spend a lot of $$$ if I end up trashing them in the park.

pub enemies or fujatives cheap and k2 waranty is nice.

actually most companys are good with warranty. but i bet k2 would be most beneficial with cheap money!

I ride in ottawa

Usually fortune and Eldeweisse and I have Solomon 1080s been on them for my second year now and they are in great condition.

you shouldnt have to worry too much if you stick mostly to park

but I found it hard to hold turns on big mountain turning

* I had just launched myself 50feet in the air Off a boother when both my skiis pop off. So I think to myself What would Jared do?*

^ That's what I like to hear.

How about 2002 K2 Enemies? A local shop has some at a decent price, so I've been thinking about those. I heard the earlier K2's had a delam problem, but has anyone tried the 2002 model?

ya it was the 02 model that had the delaming problem, get some 03 PEs, they will probly b on sale or if u have cash get the 04s no dought

That so, eh?

Well, I called around and it looks like my other choices are the K2 Public Enemy, Volkl Expression, and Rossignol Scratch (and is there any diff between the Scratch and the Scratch FS)?

1080's are out as they're too pricey.

the difference is the core scratch has wood scratch fs has foam, but i might be makin all this up so go to their site.
