there was a program I saw online that would rip and label and cut the songs. I forget what it's called now though.

The program streamripper32 (http://streamripper.sourceforge.net/ )
will rip the audio from streams and save the tags. One of the problems is though that most audio streams run at low quality (64k), so the quality is not going to be excellent.. but it's doable.
Some internet radio stations stream at 128, but you are going to need a lightning fast connection
