Dumb question but need help

So I just got a pair of 2011 step ups, and now I need some bindings for them. I was looking at the new 2012 marker squire 11's. they come with a 90mm wide brake, but my skis are 88. Will I have enough clearence for them to be mounted and not scrape the sides of the ski? The reason I ask is my friend had this issue and once is his came off and the brakes got stuck on the ski and it skiing away from him.

I'd first start off my avoiding the squire, sorry, but I've only seen that binding blow up from the simplest of things. As secondly, you'll be fine with the brake width, if you're really worried, just bend out the legs a little
