so i got some volkl walls and tommorw id opening at my home mountain. I dont wanna get caught on the rails cause of sharp edges. but is it really necessary to dull them?

just hit the rails and they will dull over time
or if you want you can round the edges a bit under foot with a file. gummi stones are also good for this and keeping the edges nice and clean and smooth

i used a gummi stone on my walls and i think i might do a little filing just to get them rounded out a bit. I guy posted a thread about his walls losing a piece of the edge from not detuning.
