easy answer to that question,

1. not everyone wants to get along.

2. some stuff people say on this site is just so stupid that its very hard for some people to control themselves enough not to make fun of them
 
i know, but this site makes me mad sometimes and i'm bored at work. some people just need to take a step back and look at what they saying. some of the stuff is so ignorant, pigheaded, narrow minded...etc., it's ridiculous
 
thats very true, but, it is the internet, its not face to face talking with someone. there is a screen. no one treats a computer screen or keyboard the same way they treat an actually person, people feel free to say whatever they like, and expect no negative outcome
