Duct tape on gloves

My park's tow rope is eating up my gloves so I'm discerning putting duct tape on them, but I don't want to perma-fuck them. Has anyone done this? I used the searchbar and saw a lot of people recommend it but never have said they have done it. Thanks.

yeah it works good but you sorta need to break in the tape or else it makes grabbing the rope super slippery and hard. when the tape inevitably comes off after like a month it doesn't usually ruin the glove

Gorilla tape, and heat it up a bit with a hairdryer. Also helps to trim the corners round, to prevent it peeling up.

It works, but once they are toast get some colab mittens. Those guys make some sick mitts
