Ask this in the media and arts forums bro, not gear talk. But just do some research, most dslrs these days can film, so if you have to ask that question then you probably don't need anything better than a Canon 1200d or Nikon D3300, or even a 2nd hand 550D or something similar, but unless you know what you're doing with a dslr or plan to learn you might as well flush your money down the toilet or just buy something like a gopro, it'll film at the same quality as an entry level dslr and it's much easier to use.
