Dslr camera mounts?

I know people use foregrip mounts for low follow cam shots. Tripods good for static shots. Unless your willing to spend money on a nice steadycam or glidecam I would look at buying s tripod of foregrip
 
Don't even bother with any of that. Glidecams have been beaten to death in the ski industry, and to me, it feels like it takes away from the action. I use a figrig I built, and i like it. This is my opinion, but I don't think a glide cam is worth that much money
