I am traveling most of the summer. First, I am going to a bunch of national parks for a little over two weeks and camping out. Then, I am coming home and going on a two and a half week safari in Kenya, and then volunteering at an orphanage for three weeks, also in Kenya. What is a good backpack for my DSLR? It is a Nikon D90. Thanks.

i have a dakine sequence, can fit my xti with grip, 70-200 f4, 500 1.8, 18-55, video camera, chargers/cords with room to spare in the block. then a bunch of room in the front part of the pack

The dakine bags are awesome, I had one for a while but moved up to something a little bigger. When you're looking for a new bag you want to look for something that will fit a little more then what you currently have, so you don't need to buy a new bag if you buy a new lens or something. Also it's important to look for a bag that doesn't look like a camera bag, a bag that says canon or nikon really says steal me there's a camera inside. Try and find something that is weather resistant also.
if you want more of a shoulder bag, you should check out domkehttp://www.tiffen.com/products.html?tablename=domke
I have a lowepro back pack, I got it because it holds my computer and a bunch of camera stuff, and doesn't really look like a camera baghttp://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/produ...35275_PEU_CompuPrimus_AW_Backpack_Arctic.html
