I know there's a bunch of drummers on ns, and I was quite surprised not to find any drum cult (google searched, bar searched).

So I made one:https://www.newschoolers.com/ns/cult/forum/cat_id/6493/

(If there is already a cult that I didn't find, I apologise and will deactivate cult)

(cos i don't really like Tommy Lee)

and for the funz and multiple awesome tricks:

I'm in! I've drummed in bands, orchestras, jazz ensembles, indoor marching percussion and marching band. Won a division 4 national championship in Annapolis in 2009 with my high school marching band. So many great memories from seeing the country touring and doing all those shows. Played in Lucas Oil stadium, on the Army football field, good times. I really recommend doing marching band if your band competes at your school. Don't do it if they just play at the football games, that isn't even fun and no one appreciates the music there. This is a really good idea for a cult!

Wow! yeah i was in a drum corp (military) last year and that was tons of fun! Unfortunately I had to leave the UK, so haven't found a similar type of marching band/drum corp thing here

I'm a drummer been in and out of bands. Last band I was in was the coolest I played drums half the time and then traded with the lead singer and he played the drums the other half while i play guitar/did vocals. People loved watching us switch around when we played out but we had beef with one other guy in the band and another moved so we just chilled on it.

Lately I've been recording my solo stuff.
