ok, so i have all the wood and everything. its going to be about 6 feet tall, is 3 feet by 3 feet going to be stable enough so that it wont fall over and shit? im probly going to be building it tomorrow so it would be nice to know kinda soon

i think your gonna have to do some experimentation. im guessing it should work with out too much trouble, but it will depend on how heavy the tower is compared to your weight and the weight of the inrun. if the tower isn't heavy enough, the whole thing will just tip over. if its not heavy/stable enough when your finished building try anchoring it to something heavy/stable or weigh it down with concrete blocks or sandbags.

yea it should work. you will probably need to wet it down and use some soap though. but if its not very steep or not long enough to get speed then you'll need snow fence. i would just try them both and see what works best for your setup.

yeah, i kinda figured i would meed to wet it down. but i should get the ply wood on the drop in today in like an 1.5 hours so yeah. but the snowfence, will it do anything to skis. and wat should i do for the places that i dont have an ply wood to nail the carpet too, just put i down or get some more wood? ad lay it down

the snowfence should not damage your skis at all. where would you be putting the carpet that you don't have wood for? if it is eleveated or on the kicker/inrun your going to need wood to suport it. if your just putting it on the ground or a solid object you should be fine with just laying it down.

well ts completly done and everything, ive only slid down it on a skate deck cuz i dont have turf yet, but its just waiting to be hit, it looks so damn sketchy but its actuallly really stable wich is ood, ill have pics up when we get the turf and shit on it

what is a good angle for a drop in? and how much area should i have between the drop in and the start of the jump/ramp to get on the rail for a 12 ft rail?

i would put a support on the back so when you pump the tranny it doesnt tip like so it the back just put a 2x4 sticking out

ill get some pics when its back up..i havnt been using it this summer so my dad made me put it away(put it againstthe fence and take the ramp off)

and if you intend to use it for winter urban, 6ft is too much. Maybe for summer or strictly backyard its ok, but if you want to take it somewhere 5 is more than eneough
