so today i got some people together and we built this:

and i was kinda wondering....are we gonna die? it seems really steep.

its 8 feet tall and 11 feet total length. the drop in part is 8 feet long. 5 feet wide and 3 feet deep for the top part. we plan to box in the sides and have a sort of room underneath, but i'm sorta worried about the slope... what do you think?

I wouldn't use astro turf on it. If you stack snow on it the angle wont be as steep tho, you can make the bottom run out more. shouldn't be too bad

You are going to want to put a transition towards the bottom of that. Otherwise you will lose all speed when you transition to flat :)

were gonna make a removable transition peice that we can take jibbin around the city.

we got some more done today

looks lke a mangled ladder in the background there, transition would be a really good idea, especialy if you plan to drop switch. HOw much did that ultimatly cost you?

$25

we went to an old construction site and took their leftover wood, which was really good and they let us have it for free. we only really paid for the screws and some wheels, because after we built it we realised it was like 700lbs and it took like 20 guys to move it. now it takes 2 guys to move it around anywhere. ive got the transition on but no pics yet, i'll get some later.
