Droid any good?

I played with my friends and it was pretty sick. I personally like the iphone better but a lot of people prefer the droid. I'm up for a new phone in October and the droids for sure an option. I wouldn't get one know if I could though. If other people still love it after a few more months then I'd say it's a quality phone.
 
since i didnt want to make a new droid thread...ill add on to this one. does anyone else have the droid eris, i just got it instead of the regular droid because verizon is releasing a software update for it to match the droids OS i beleive it is 2.1?could be wrong. but i really like this phone and after this update (mid Feb) comes out it will be even more baller.
