drinking at ski camp

Im going to High North....but this is to ski camps in general....is it easy to party and not get caught?

 
well, if your not a total dunbass and don't mind staying up late even though your skiing the next morning, yes, yes it is fairly easy. I was bunked with these kids who hid pot in their deordant and they were smoking it. the counsolers come and check around 10:00 but they were smoking it before. plus they were doin it inside even though there was a balconey. thye were dumbfucks but if they had done it in a less obvous way they would not have gotten cought. and they counsler who cought them basically let them off but he said if they did it again they would be sent home or some shit like that but I doubt he would have done that, he had probably smoked pot many a time himself...

I was with these other guys a year before that and they were able to pay a guy in Whistler to buy them beer. they hid it in a bush near the hotel and that night at about 11 brought it up to the room. they did it alot smarter then the guys who brought pot and plus it was the night before we were taking off the next day to go home so even if they got in trouble...

if you're gonna party, do it the night before your day off. why pay all that money to ski hung over and tired? personally I don't think it's worth it.

 
the camps are so loose about everything. I was with camp of champs and just hung out around town every night partying

you will be so tired from all the shit you do during the day that most of the time you will just go back and pass out, the day off and the ladt day i gave 'er at High north, i wish i did more but i had no eneergy

the whistler village where COC is is sooooo chill. everyone there helps you out with whatever you want, you jsut ahve to look in the rigth places. me and my buds got offered weed alch and even ex. but yea only party on the night before your day off and the night before you leave, its not worth the money to ski hungover

YEAH MAN YOUR SAAOOOOOOOO COOOL DRINKING AT 16 DAAAM YOUR COOL! Honestly i think your a lil teen thinkin its cool to drink and smoke and 'get fucked up' everynight and you prob get hungover easily so if you REALLY wana enjoy you stay there dont do it man. The pros do it cuz they aint paying the shitload of $$$ you are. Unless you are 18 or older be my guess but i still dont think its worth it. Do it socially but no hardcore. By all means do it if you dont hav to ski the ne xt day be it a day off or u are leaving.

are they actually that fuckin strict in the US and canada about alcohol? I live in the UK and no one cares. Every friday night me and friends go out drinkin' since we were 15. I had no idea is was so strict over there.

Haha yeah^ They are really chill over here and in Europe generally. I went to the summer camp in Tignés last year, and most days after skiing we'd just go get wasted, and chill on the water ramp. Oh and whoever said not to get trashed, don't be such a faggot, thats what summer is all about! Skiing with a hangover is worth it as long as you get to party loads...i mean how often do you get to go to a camp, ski all day then party at night? If you are that bothered about it, just drink a load of water before you pass out. Some people are pussies.

It's not about beinga pussy,it's about enjoying the moment.Some people want to enjoy their camp drinking and getting wasted,some other don't.My vote would go for option number 1,which is party as much as you want,and then,SKI SKI SKI even if you are retarded enough to get a huge hangover and puking evertwhere.At least you'll be in the snow.

yeah, I never did understand the whole getting really fucked up while paying 2000 dollars to ski.

The main reason you're there is to ski and progress. You can drink whenever the fuck you want to, but you're in whistler and you're paying 2000 dollars (not including plane ticket) to ski a private lane, not to mention one of the best.

So yeah, they don't really care if you are hungover in the morning and you miss the chance to ski because ultimately it's your loss.

yeah,that's why i might be going to les 2 alpes for a week for 575 Euros.It's cheeeap,and I don't need a plane to get my ass there.

And i'm planning on getting drunk at least twice and baked every single day.That's how I will have fun,and that's how i will spend the money.I will obviously learn soo much skiing i'll have to get drunk again to celebrate it.

it's fuckin easy to not get caught, so long as you arent stupid. Even then, none of them care because every one of them does it themself. And i hear weed is easy to get.

haha o god its soooooo easy to get weed in whistler. I probably got offered 5 times a day just walking around town. You walk past a guy and you just hear 'Hey you guys want some weed?' Some guy even offered me mushrooms. If i smoked it would be heaven.

if its the night before the a non-ski day all the coaches are wasted also so you dont have much to worry about there
