Dragon transition lenses

It sounds like witchcraft to me. No transition glasses have ever worked for me as advertised, but if this is legit it would be a game changer.

dragon seems to have great optics so i could see this being a really successful idea. most transition lenses ive seen have been shitty, and really only offer up a limited range of light.

Quite a few goggle companies have photochromatic lenses out now - I haven't had a chance to try them on the slopes, but we have a few sets of zeals and salomons in the shop I work at that seem pretty legit.

Ok, great. link? any knowledge about if they are good or bad? You just sound like a punk by simply saying "it's been done".

Also - isn't Nike pulling out of snowsports? If we ever felt the urge to buy Nike before, why would we want to now?

Either way, it still stands: I am very curious about these but would like to hear some reviews from non industry folk before dropping money on em.

sorry that im a punk...anyway, dragon worked with nike the first year of nike vision and then nike took over, they are pulling out but they are making them this season. They have been pretty well recepted, but idk if its worth it for 330 dollars. so there is your answer. maybe this vid will help too.

I own a pair of Bolle's that do this and it is really amazing. on bluebird days they are plenty dark and people say they can barely see my eyes, then on night skiing, they are clear with a hint of blue reflection and amber lense to pick up definition. really top quality lenses.

I used to use Zeals that did this too, but even more exaggerated to the opposite ends of the spectrum. Zeal has undoubtely the best optics out imo
