Is this shit legit? Also surprising that dps aren't charging $500 for this considering the (over)pricing of their skis...

my best bud has phantom wax on his skis he said it's for groomers and pow nothing else if you skiing park normal wax is just better
 
Plenty of reviews on the DPS Phantom.

My experience : I’ve mostly paired with wax for extra glide but I’ve ridden it without wax and it glides well. Main thing I’ve found is that it hardens the base (adding durability), so it’s especially good for glade skis / park skis.
 
I have it on two pairs of my skis and am happy. No issues. I have a few buddy’s that have it also and they are happy....
