Downtown Portland.

Portland's a cool city. I was only there for an hour or so and we didn't eat so I can't give any input. Anyways that's my contribution.

Go to Nong's Khao Man gai on 10th and alder. Incredible food cart. I'm also a big fan of little big burger, which is right next to powell's books (the huge book store the guy above me is talking about)

Fore Street Bar and Grill

Portland Lobster Company

Flatbreads

Basically anything in the old port

;)

Hold on which Portland? Because some of these restaurants some people have posted are not in Portland Or the city i am thinking of. Are you talking about Portland, Maine?

jamie and lanks are haha. but op definitely means oregon.

if you need something quick check out burgerville as well. the one i know of is on the east side, but there might be one downtown. get one of their strawberry milkshakes, thinking about it makes me want to drive there right now.

Go to big ass sandwiches. Its on second a few blocks south of burnside. East side. Seriously the best sandwich I have ever tasted

Voodoo doughnuts is a famous spot...3rd st one block away from Burnside st. Just look for the long line of people and equal amount of bums. Personal fav is the dirty bastard, peanut butter, chocolate and crushed oreos.
