Love my FT classics but buddy u dropped wayy too much for them boots...

Don't get me wrong I love my tilts they are the best fitting boot i have ever owned once fit up all properly and what not. But they seem to lack a little lateral rigidity in my opinion compared to some other boots out there. The easy of increase/decreasing flex and forward lean is sweet through which you don't always get with other boots.

I may have gotten them for 500 idk but I love them, they get the job done im planning on keeping them until I outgrow them because ive been a size 7.5 for the past 3 years. ik i have small feet and im 15.

speaking technically, FTs are comparable to having a normal ass car to a sports car. They can get the job done but the technology and materials used are inferior in every way to current boots. The PU they use for the shell is cheap and prone to warping and wearing down very fast. the tongue has no rebound in it to return someone to a proper stance (because of the material used). The parts are cheaply made and feel like toys. They are a boot that has been successfully marketed to seem cool and for "freestyle". I owned a pair for 2 weeks and sold them because I hated how little precision they had. FTs are priced competitively when they should cost like 300 max imo.

I am biased since I never liked FT in the first place but the roast is justified after owning a pair.

I will admit that they were comfortable as fuck though.

I will never know why pro skiers use them when there are way better options out there.

i got the 2015 b&e boots, the green ones, and i could not love them more. they are so comfy. Ive only had one buckle sort of break in a year and a half of use, and other than that ive had no problems. The liners are super nice and feel really good on your feet. In conclusion, get full tilts.

aye your that dude from the gaper day at hyland hils, that shit was funny af

no downsides. they have narrow boots and wide boots tho btw. i have wide feet and have been riding the 2014 b&e. i also got those for $120. i just waited and sure enough some ski shop sold em new on ebay. as long as u don't buy them as soon as they come out or from fulltilt.com, than you can get them reasonably. which is true with anything. and boots now are expensive as fuck now adays anyway. ive heard of people buying il moros for $900.

i got the classics and jesus they were expensive. def the most comfortable boot ive ever had but ive already broken 3 different parts, 1 of which cant be replaced. They sell them for way more then they are worth.

the wrap style liner isn't the best for people with skinny calfs. the bootfitter put foam on the inside of the tongue and that helped a lot. just don't get the shitty plastic buckles

Durability is generally weak compared to other boots I've ridden. I ride a pretty old pair of classics tho so this is before they introduced metal buckles on most of their boots

Kinda a case by case situation on durability. I've known kids that have fucked up boots after one season, yet I'm on my 5th season with mine and guarantee I could go another 4.

Way to soft, not responsive, buckles break etc... just not a substantial boot, they are warm tho and easy in and out, Id keep a pair around just for hot doggin but Id only buy the seth 10.

Not durrable . I had my 2015 classics new this year and two buckles broke on my right boot the first week. I figured out how to keep one of them buckled but I haven't actually gotten around to getting new ones (completely my fault). They are comfortable and light, and you can find cheap on some sites.

Only reason I would buy them is because of the natural forward lean it creates. It like cheating tho.

The boots fucking blow in my opinion any bootfitter will tell you so. I have a wider foot so I really don't like them.

FTs are mad light, the obvious tradeoff being that they're made with cheap and breakable materials. Anyone who puts on FTs after wearing a more substantial boot and doesn't think they feel like toys is in denial - they definitely feel like a toy-version of a ski boot.

That being said, If they fit and you don't mind buying new boots every few years, get full tilts

It also depends on which model you have cause I've noticed a huge difference between Drop Kicks and Seth Morrisons. I put 150+ days on my old drop kicks and 60 days so far on the Seths. Metal buckles on the Seths are way more durable and the replaceable heel/toe is a nice feature. Seth pro liner is also more comfortable and warm. At first I didn't like the 10 flex tongue because it was too stiff but now that I've gotten used to it, I don't think I could go back to the 6 flex tongue.

Nail on the head. (I also owned a pair and had all of these same complaints + zero lateral rigidity)

I get it, they're comfortable. But seriously just buy a pair of Dalbellos if you want a 3 piece boot.

Yo dawg imma cop some 14 twalls for $200. You think you have a small foot, I'm 16 and ordering a 25. Full tilts may have a shitty rep but damn they feel good on me. I never got shinbang once in my classics last season, only reason I got rid of them is I fucked the shell up by using a drill on the canting screw.

They really only fit a few people properly. They are too small for my calves but I still love them. Plus with being a little junky they will blow apart before your leg breaks at the top of the boot maybe

yeah the dalbello 3 pieces are nothing short of a luxury full tilt - I've been wanting to pick up some Lupos for my next pair
