Downscaling 1080 to 720p

So I I'm working on this project and I meant to shoot it all in 720 and 60 fps but like an idiot I shot one day at 1080p, is there a way to work with 1080p in a 720p sequence without it being super zoomed in, or a way to downgrade or down-convert my 1080p footage to 720p footage then throw it in the sequence? Thanks dudezz
 
You should be able to right click on the clip in the timeline and click "scale to frame size". That works when I up scaled 720 to 1080 and it looked fine. I would assume it works the other way.
 
I mean, if its for the internet i doubt anyone will notice the difference between his 1080p and 720p from his canon dslr.
